Your Rights: Online Request Form
We have established an online submission process to receive requests to exercise your data privacy rights. To make a request to receive a copy of your personal data, to get help to update or correct your personal data, to have your personal data deleted, or to get help unsubscribing from email marketing, please submit your request HERE.
Alternatively, send an email to privacy@playstudios.com, or mail your request to:
PLAYSTUDIOS US, LLC
Attn: Privacy Department
10300 W. Charleston Blvd, Suite 13272
Las Vegas, NV 89135
Note that, if you are a player of the Applications, you will be requested to provide your Support Code/Player ID/User ID.
Additional details about certain of these rights are provided below.
What Happens If You Request Us to Delete Your Personal Data?
If you submit a request to have your data deleted, we will delete, put beyond use or anonymize your personal data such that you cannot be identified from the data that we retain, unless we have a basis to maintain it (see “How Long Will We Store Your Personal Data?”). For example, we will keep certain records for 6.5 years to defend against potential legal claims, but your account will no longer be accessible.
Please know, however, that if you request to be forgotten and subsequently download and play any of our Applications, none of your historical performance data will be available, meaning you will lose any virtual currency, game progress, and Loyalty Points that you had at the time your request is processed.
What Happens If You Request Deletion of Certain Personal Information?
At this time, PLAYSTUDIOS does not offer a way to delete individual elements of personal information while continuing to support an active player account. Our Applications rely on certain personal information to function properly, including enabling login, maintaining game progress, providing rewards, preventing fraud, and delivering customer support.
As a result, requests to delete certain personal information may require us to close your player account and delete your associated personal information, subject to applicable law and any permitted or required data retention.
Access To and Modification of Your Personal Data in the Applications and on Facebook
You may modify personal data that you have submitted by logging into your account and updating your profile information. You also may deauthorize the PLAYSTUDIOS Facebook application from your Facebook page. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site or Applications for a period of time.
If you would like to access or modify your Facebook profile information, or adjust the types of information we receive from Facebook, adjust your Facebook account settings directly through Facebook. We have no control over how Meta shares your information with third parties. The information Meta collects and uses is subject to the Facebook Privacy Policy.
